Every team is different! That's why you should experiment with different approaches, write down what feels good in a Team Charter, and ensure the Standup is for the team and led by the team. It's important to always pull up your project board, whether that's Jira, Asana, Monday, or something else - and chat about how to increase your team's throughput.

Throughput is a Flow metric found within Kanban. It's your team's delivery rate. If you're struggling with delivering value, inspect how your team is communicating throughout the day. Then, find more time for backlog refinement, so your team may remain agile and respond to customer needs.
