FULL MATERIAL LIST BELOW!

The Po Boy is commonly known as a shrimp sandwich. This version as designed by Alec Gerbec of Umpqua Feather Merchants is a versatile baitfish fly pattern designed for targeting Gulf Coast Redfish and a new and welcomed addition to the 2020 catalogue. DO NOT EAT THIS PO BOY!

Tied on an Umpqua X-series XS506H hook, this fly, when weighted properly will descend in the water column hook point up. This is an ideal way to hook a large red drum with an overbite mouth and a bad attitude! The fly utilizes polar fiber & craft fur in a unique way which makes the fly durable and quick to tie the night before your day on the salt. The color scheme possibilities are endless for this pattern and it's one that can certainly be adapted into smaller sizes for other species. MATERIAL LIST BELOW!
