Attempting Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim Run at the Grand Canyon

Описание к видео Attempting Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim Run at the Grand Canyon

Starting at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Ford and a friend tackled the daunting challenge of running and hiking from the South Rim to the North Rim and then back to the South Rim all in one go. This is a 43-mile feat, that took the men about 13 hours to finish. This run took place at the end of October when the weather was cold at the top and a bit warmer in the canyon. They took food, water, and safety supplies with them in running vests, trying their best to keep things as light as possible.
