My biggest struggle has been and still is staying CONSISTENT with working out. I’ve been pretty active my whole life, used to wind- and kitesurf at age 13-25 but then working in construction and life overall started to take more room from my everyday life soo it’s been on/off workouts until this day. I’m 43 now so about half way on this earth.

Recently I’ve done some deep thinking and my biggest challenges are actually MOTIVATION and lack of ACCOUNTABILITY. it’s not that I didn’t know what to do, but when there hasn’t been a big enough REASON to go outside I’ve just rather kept working, building etc.

Now I have found a really big reason, and that’s our 1 month “old” beautiful daughter ❤️ I don’t want to be a LIABILITY when years go by, I want to be an ASSET to everyone around me until I throw my spoon in the corner (sorry for straight translation 😂) I want to be an inspiring example for her!

I’m super grateful that nowadays I have a lot of daily outside chores which keeps me moving even a little bit every day. We moved a bit over a year ago into a trailer on our property in the countryside, so there’s minimum daily water carrying etc. And some days yard work, building etc. We live in Finland, so in the winter time there’s usually more than enough outside work. I’m gonna sell our atv so there’s more snow plowing by hand next winter.

Anyway I am constantly trying to find ways to keep myself inspired, motivated, consistent and accountable, this video is one example. I really love creating videos. ❤️‍🔥 So this video is about my this month’s Body Update. Some progress from last fall but my goals are very high for the end of this year. I think running has developed the most. I’m really struggling with dips and pullups, other stuff are more or less easier.
