Food is the most critical part of our relationship with the world around us. We have built a cultural narrative that we think holistically about food and health, but we don’t. In this talk Jonatan will take us trough both history and innovation within the food-industry, and tell us what we already know about the future.

Jonatan is the creative director at "Special Projects Agency". He identify emerging technologies that will change the way clients do business and prototype the product opportunities they enable. Acting as a management consultant, product designer and executive on a broad range of physical/digital projects for funded startups and Fortune 50 companies - his clients include: US Government, five of the top 10 brands in the world and dozens of startups. This work has ranged from longterm technology forecasting to C-suite strategy consulting to product planning/design to hands-on prototype and execution management across multiple continents.
