MSC Ocean Cay MSC Buffet & Extras -- Lobster Roll and Shrimp Salad -- Was it worth the extra cost?

Come eat lunch with me at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in Bimini Bahamas. The buffet had a great selection of cold salads, veggies, breads, fish, and desserts, but I still wanted to try the lobster roll everyone talks about!

Some of the beach shacks (food trucks) have free burgers and fries, but one has seafood dishes like ceviche, lobster roll, and shrimp salad.

*Sorry* for messing up the name of the fish, which is "es-ka-bee-chay", and the details about it. I should have done more research before recording... It ends up that in Mexican cooking, escabeche is the relish/salsa/marinade put on top of fish. Per sequiotic.com, "Escovitch" is a Jamaican variation of escabeche, which is a poached fish pickled in an acidic relish after cooking. I forgot to mention: The beach shack has a series of laminated photos of the dishes. I planned to order the lobster and the ceviche, but the photo didn't look too appetizing. :)
