📌Key Points:
1. quick intro to MM2H
2. Amount of Fixed deposit required, 3 different tiers / categories :
Silver: USD 150,000, 5 years visa
Gold: USD 500,000 , 15 years visa
Platinum: USD 1 Million, 20 years visa
3. cannot open bank account before visa approved
4. main applicant 25 years and above
5. no need source of income / employment proof
6. requirement to purchase a property according to the tier/ categories that you purchase
Silver: Rm 600,000 & above
gold: Rm 1 million & above
Platinum: Rm 2 million & above
7. purchase a property within a year after visa is approved
8. Withdrawal before and after MM2H Visa is approved
purchase before approved, cannot withdraw,
purchase after approved, you can withdraw 50%
9. Cannot sell within 10 years
10. Not happy after purchase? Can buy a new property priced higher than existing one.
11. Cumulative stay per year, subject to age (watch the video for more)

Generally speaking, for Penang Island and Mainland (e.g. Seberang Perai, Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam BM, Simpang Ampat, Batu Kawan & etc)

Without MM2H visa, You have to purchase RM 1 million apartment / condo in Penang Island ; Rm 3 Million for landed house (terrace, semi-detached, bungalow)

With MM2H visa you can purchase Rm 600,000 & onward apartment / condo in Penang while landed property / house to be updated when i have the info.
