How to Make Rice Milk (no soaking)
Check out this quick & easy video on one method of making your own rice milk. Non-soaking. Diary free and nut free.

Ingredients:
1 cup long grain brown rice
8 cups water
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
Plus water to blend

You’ll need:
Pot w/ lid
Blender
Strainer or Nut bag
Container to store

Directions:
Rinse 1 cup long grain Brown Rice
Add rice to pot, fill with 8 cups Water, salt optional
Bring to boil, cover
Reduce to a Simmer (lowest setting)
Simmer for 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Allow to cool down somewhat
Put contents of pot up to the halfway mark in blender
Add approx. 4 cups water
Blend thoroughly


Pour contents of blender through a nut bag (squeeze liquid out) or a mesh strainer (use fingers to swirl around)
