Yay!! First devotion. This devotion is from The devotional (Heaven Calling)
It reads as follows:
The damp, hard cold of Joseph's imprisonment resonates with you in the midst of your own captivity. Chains of despair, or fear, or disease squeeze the last of the hope out of your soul. I know what you are going through, you are not alone. I was with Joseph in prison. He honored me there. When two new prisoners arrived; Joseph didn't keep his distance or threaten them. Instead he noticed there pain and offered them hope. I am also with you in your prison. Honor me here. When I send other captives your way; introduce them to me. Share my name with them. Do the work I have for you concerning them. Don't worry about the outcome, that's up to me. Honor me in your CAPTIVITY  Even in captivity you can offer hope.
