Ajith's Viswasam which took on Rajinikanth's Petta early this year came out with flying colours. Many trade analysts named Viswasam in the Top 5 Best grossers in Kollywood in 2019. Now, the actor is gearing up for the shooting of his next film, Valimai.

After tasting success with Nerkonda Paarvai, Ajith has been concentrating on his rifle shooting skills. He is also taking this time to look after his kids and spend some quality time with his family. Recently, a photo of Ajith sporting a close crew cut found its way to the internet.

It is rumoured that Ajith will be sporting this look in his upcoming film Valimai. Taking a look at the new photo, it reminds us of his makeover in director Siruthai Siva's Vedalam.

Valimai marks the second collaboration of Ajith with producer Boney Kapoor and director H Vinoth. Reports suggest that this will be an action thriller in which the Vivegam actor will be essaying the role of a police officer. If the rumours are anything to go by, then Ajith will don the khaki once again after Gautham Menon's Yennai Arindhaal.

Recently, producer Boney Kapoor met Nayanthara and her boyfriend Vignesh Shivan in New York. Ever since the photo went viral, rumours are doing the rounds that Ajith will romance Nayanthara once again in Valimai.
