This vlog is of general interest to all county court claims - interim hearings are commonplace in big cases, even in smaller ones, and you can expect a lot of them before you reach trial (or settlement).

I am doing a series around a big case we had in the autumn of this year that came to trial for 4 days at the Central London County Court, Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, London. It is such a good case study because so much happened over 5 years and so every area of procedural law was, pretty much, covered. And, of course, cases rarely reach trial and for a long time I have wanted to follow a trial "live", as it were, on my vlogs. And shine a light on the whole process for the benefit of those who are thinking about claims in this area, junior lawyers, litigants in person and so on.

There have already been two vlogs - an interim hearing on limitations and amending a defence two weeks before the trial and the first day of the trial.
