This tulip hat is loose fit on my 22” head (I don’t like to flatten my hair with hats). You can change the size of the pattern by scaling up/down on the printer setting, or adding/subtracting a little on the sides of the pattern. I think you’ll know how to do that once you watch the patterning part of this video :)
