This game is the first in a series of Ultimate action adventures, although it was made by a different team than the Sabreman series. An innovative element is the isometric graphics with scrolling. The environment is not very large, it is made up of several rooms in which it will be essential to recover fragments of a talisman that must then be inserted into a niche in the underground dungeon. There is no score of any kind, the game has a more markedly adventure dynamic. You will have a certain number of spells available, each with a different effect. In fact, some enemies will only be sensitive to a specific spell. The same goes for the puzzles in the game.
The life bar decreases as you are hit and recharges every time you place a part of the talisman in the niche. The graphics are quite refined for the time.
The frustrating thing about this game, apart from the rather crude sprites, is the fact that you always have to return to the same point to insert the various parts, which can only be carried one at a time.

Questo gioco è il primo di una serie di action adventures targate Ultimate, anche se realizzato da un team differente rispetto alla serie di Sabreman. Elemento innovativo è la grafica isometrica dotata di scrolling. L'ambiente non è molto grande, si tratta di diverse stanze in cui sarà essenziale recuperare frammenti di un talismano da dover poi inserire in una nicchia del dungeon sotterraneo. Non vi è punteggio di sorta, il gioco presenta una dinamica più marcatamente adventure. Si avranno un certo numero di magie a disposizione, ciascuna con un effetto diverso. Infatti taluni nemici saranno sensibili solo ad una specifica magia. Stesso discorso vale per gli enigmi presenti nel gioco.
La barra della vita decresce man mano che si viene colpiti e si ricarica ogni volta che posizioneremo una parte del talismano nella nicchia. La grafica è piuttosto curata per l'epoca.
La cosa frustrante di questo gioco, a parte le sprites piuttosto grossolane è il fatto di dover sempre tornare nello stesso punto per inserire le varie parti, le quali si potranno portare solo una alla volta.
