This Video is made with the purpose to help the instrument players or vocalists to practice and also to teach Amateur Tabla students to play teen tala with variations.

Teen Taal is the tala or beat cycle of tabla which consist of 16 Beats, with 4 Bibhag(bars), 3 taali(bhari) and 1 Khali(faak).
It is the most famous tala in the Eastern classical Music and also has the large number of compositions like kayda, Rela, Tukda, Paran, and so on....

its Theka or Composition is like this :

X= Sam (if taali)- the first beat of the tala
1,2,3,4,.......= Taali
0=Khali
| = Bibhag/bars

Here, in the video I have tried to play the variations so that it doesn't sound monotonous to the listeners or practitioners.
