Oliver (Eddie Albert) takes Arnold, a domestic pig, to the County Selective Service Board after Arnold is mistaken for a real person by the United States draft board.

Oliver and Lisa (Eva Gabor) agree to "pig sit" Arnold while the Ziffels (Hank Patterson and Barbara Pepper) enjoy a second honeymoon in Niagara Falls. But the Douglases quickly learn that Arnold is no normal pig...especially when Arnold receives a letter from the United States draft board.
