I’ve finally got my complete collection is series 27. I feel like, overall this wasn’t the strongest series. The best minifigure was clearly the beast master, after that maybe Cupid? I liked the Cat Guy, although I don’t know that a ton of other people did. I’ve noticed recently that the CMF series has been a way for LEGO to give us lots of new animals (even if paired with a less than stellar fig), I think that happens a couple if times in this series: the Cat Guy, the Pirate woman, and the beast master. Similarly, we’ve had sleepy/PJ figs in the past, that’s what the stuff is collector is, they’re really selling us on the accessories, not the fig. I’m surprised it took this long to get Cupid, I would have thought he would have been one of the first ideas off a CMF. I think the weakest fig is the jetpack guy, although the astronomy kid is close. I think k a lot of these figs will be good for making custom figures out of. Overall, I’d say this series is a solid B.
