The Caribbean Agriculture Week (CWA) is the leading Agriculture event in the Caribbean region. It has been held since 1998, with 17 editions. The 18th CWA will take place in St. Vincent and the Grenadines from October 7th to 11th, 2024, under the theme "Climate Smart Agriculture for a Sustainable Future." The theme highlights the vulnerability and opportunities of agriculture as a climate-sensitive sector, emphasizing the need for climate-smart actions to build resilience and sustain food and nutrition security. The theme includes enhancing soils, biofertilizers, water availability, crop resilience, biodiversity, ecology, and climate financing.
