Like the intro says, I've been having slipping clutch issues for the entire time I've had this bike and I really didn't like the spring washer design so I decided to see if I can make the "normal" style 5 spring version fit.

I bought the 1987 clutch basket assembly and this is the process of making it work in my 1985 VT700C. This also deletes all the slip and sprag assemblies in the clutch.
