You roll over in your sleeping bag to get more comfortable. The sound of crickets comforts you as you try to fall asleep. All of a sudden, a loud noise pierces the silence of the quiet woods. You sit straight up in a cold sweat. The noise continues. Is it close or far away? You grab your flashlight and cautiously unzip your tent. A faint red glow emanates in the distance, diffused by the trees. A muffled hum can still be heard, echoing through the forest. As you walk closer, the sound gets louder and the red light gets brighter. The source of the sound and the light seem to be coming from a clearing ahead. Your flashlight no longer is needed, as the red light now fully illuminates the once-dark forest. As you step closer, you see a bright red light seemingly floating in the center of the clearing. The light gets brighter. You drop your flashlight and hold out your hands to block your eyes as the sound and the light engulf you, then... silence.
