1）把所有的材料洗好切丝、块、末备用
2）调个酱汁，把1勺生抽、1勺花雕酒、少许胡椒粉、1勺马拉松地球牌【初榨麻油头】、2勺香菇水搅拌均匀
3）热锅热油，把蒜末炸至金黄色捞出
4）把姜辣椒咸菜香菇豆腐蒜水酸梅铺在鱼上，蒸10分钟
5）加上青葱&香菜再熄火焖2分钟
