2 Dorans; (seekers armguard, negatron optional); Ludens Echo; Sorc Shoes; Deathcap; Void Staff
Runes: magic pen reds, 3 armor and 6 hp/lv yellows, mr or flat ap blues, ap quints
This is MY most common and highest winrate build for assassin Diana

Diana Jungle Assassin Build:
Runic Echoes, Seekers or Negatron (if enemy ad/ap fed optional), Deathcap, Void, Sorc Merc or Tabi boots
Runes: AS reds, Health/lv yellows, Flat ap or mr/lv blues, Ap quints

Diana Mid Deathcap Assassin Build:
2 Dorans; (seekers armguard, negatron optional); Sorc shoes; Deathcap; Lich Bane; Void/tank
Runes: magic or hybrid pen reds, armor and ap/lv yellows (mix), flat ap and ap/lv blues (mix), ap quints

League of Legends Diamond Diana Main [NA] - Been playing league since July 2011 (when Leona was released). I play Diana top, mid, and jungle. If I have to play support I play Kennen/Leona. Kennen is my alternative if I cannot play Diana.
