I featured recipe on my IG that I love to make and the dressing is a hit with my meal prep clients. So here is my recipe for Vegan Avocado Ranch Dressing 🥑!

Ingredients

1/2 Small Avocado
1/2 Lemon (for its juice)
1/2 cup Vegan Mayo
1 tbsp of Fresh Dill (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Onion Powder
Ground Black Pepper and Salt to taste

Directions

1. Grab a bowl and scoop your avocado out into the bowl. Mash it up really good until you get a paste.
2. Whisk in your vegan mayo. It’s fully mixed together when the mayo turns a pale green color.
3. Whisk in a little over half of your lemon juice. Then, your seasonings. Mix well.
4. Add in your remaining lemon juice and a sprinkle more dill. Whisk together and enjoy!
