It's been a while since I've done a bodyweight strength workout so I am excited to share this one with you all today! This is a 20 min full body sculpt workout with no equipment needed. There are no repeat exercises and no jumping throughout the 20 minutes. This full body workout will help you improve your stability and mobility while also improving your strength.

Don't underestimate this workout as you will still be challenged with the exercises! If you live in an apartment or small space, this workout is also for you as there is no noise!

The first half of the workout is all standing (10 exercises) and the second half is on the floor (10 exercises). Keep an eye on the screen for modification and form tips too! :)
