Goomy and Sliggoo's location can be found in the Crimson Mirelands far to the south in the Holm of Trials. You can reach this island early without the need of Basculegion by taking the shortcut in the video at 00:50 There are a lot of other alphas nearby so be careful. The dragon and steel type pokemon can be found around the pond on the east side of the island. Goomy are resting on the ground while the Alpha Hisuian Sliggoo keeps a watchful eye.
