Subaru's new Impreza is hatchback only thanks to the success of it's cousin the Crosstrek. If you want to save some cash, get a better looking Crosstrek, and you don't need 8 inches of ground clearance, the Impreza is the hatch for you. It's also notably less than the competition for the same features and most of the competitors don't even offer AWD.
