How to Fix the Climate Control Buzzing, Grinding and Knocking Noises || Ford Ranger / Mazda BT-50

If your climate control or air conditioner is making a buzzing noise, a grinding noise or a knocking sound, then you probably need to fix an actuator motor behind the dash.

For a dual climate control Ford Ranger or Mazda BT-50 you will have 4 different actuator motors that can be making this noise, two for climate control, one for air direction and another for the recirculation.

In this video I'll show you how to access and remove all four of them as well as all the part numbers and tools needed.
