This is the Honey Sew ruffler foot for low- shank sewing machines. I made a previous video showing how to make ruffles without a ruffler foot, you can find it under the sewing with Cheyenne playlist. I highly recommend investing in one of these presser feet however, especially if you are someone who sews frequently. It automatically creats ruffles or pleats, and is able to simultaneously create them while sewing onto a base fabric.
