Dr. Mini Nair is a Consultant Ayurvedic Physician with extensive experience of over 20 years and is the founder and chief physician of AyurHealing Ayurveda and Siddha Hospital, Bangalore. She is an BAMS, DSM and started her practise with prominent Ayurvedic centres like Kottakkal, Kerala Aayurvedic Pharmacy, Shantigiri and later started off her own Ayurvedic Hospital. Various gynaecological issues, irregular menstrual cycle, infertility, repeated stress related injury. She also deals with Pizhichil, Ayurvedic Surgery, Njavarakizhi, Sirodhara, Vasthi, Sirovasthi. Ayurveda is a complete science of wellbeing and she prescribes medicines based on the patients diet, lifestyle and stress.
