Michael Ostrowski, working as a State Police Trooper for the State of Connecticut; In 2018 had a reported pay of $134,465.95 according to public records. This is 122.3 percent higher than the average pay for state employees and 103.9 percent higher than the national average for government employees.
This Trooper, currently conducting his CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES out of TROOP C in Tolland, is soon to find out just how bad Mondays can really be.
You see, this Trooper violated my 4th Amendment Rights on June 3rd 2021. He conspired with Judicial Court Marshals and Clerks, and allowed the court staff to abuse their positions, LIE, file a false police report, and obstruct my access to my court case records. Records in which there is evidence of criminal activity and serious judicial procedural requirement violations. To date, he believes he's gotten away with assisting Chief CRIMINAL Clerk Roy Smith and his GANG OF THUGS, in violating my rights, his abuse of power, this CRIME. But come MONDAY in the not so distant future, he is going to be in for a very rude, and very costly realization.
You see we have laws and rights that protect us from CRIMINAL TYRANTS like Ostrowski... We are utilizing each and everyone of them. We are going to criminally prosecute and sue him. Not just in his official capacity, but in his personal capacity too. With all that money he's been STEALING from tax payers, likely SLEEPING IN OUR POLICE VEHICLE COLLECTING OVERTIME; I suspect he's got a really nice boat and the means to PAY for his CRIMES, his ABUSE OF POWER, and THE TRAUMA ITS CAUSED MY DAUGHTER.

**An Opened Letter to State Trooper Michael Ostrowski; It will be with great pleasure, through the use of our laws, that I will ultimately permanently dismiss you from your duties in law enforcement. You are a disgrace to the citizens of Connecticut. You are a disgrace to Troop C. You are dishonored, you are a CRIMINAL and you will pay for your actions, do you understand this yet? You have violated your oath to the Constitution, you are worthless to the Connecticut citizens, a THREAT to the Connecticut citizens, you are an active THREAT TO INNOCENT CITIZENS. Count the days, because there are not many left in which you will be working as a member of law enforcement in my State. You might look in to shoveling shit. Upon my first impressions of you, it seems that's all you're qualified to do... being a self admitted high school drop out, and a criminal... AS SEEN IN THE VIDEO, I don't see how you could successfully do much anything else. Your MISCONDUCT, and CRIMINAL ACTIVITY really illustrate all we need to know about you sir.

I do hope, when you're terminated from your position, officially, you finally understand what an asshole you are. America has no room for people like you in law enforcement. You're going to lose every penny you've ever taken from tax payers, and I'm going to personally make sure of that. You work for the public, you work for us, we don't work for you.
