Kyle Connaughton Owner-Chef of SingleThread Kyle began his culinary career at a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles. After working at "The Windsor Hotel TOYA" in Hokkaido in 2003 and the renowned "The Fat Duck" in the UK in 2006, he opened "SingleThread" in 2016 with his wife, Katina. In 2019, the restaurant achieved the remarkable feat of earning three Michelin stars in record time.
