Green Chilli - 2 to 3.
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Finely Chopped Onion - 1pcs
Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
Chopped Capsicum
Bottle Gourd - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder -1 tbsp.
Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 5 to 6 tbsp
Curd - 4 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt as per Taste
Carom Seeds/ Ajwain - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes
White Sesame
Mustard Seeds (Rai) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin (Jira) - 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves (Kadhipatta)
Asafoetida (Hing)
