MID-LENT
The Great Lent began with Jesus asking us to fill six stone jars, symbolising the six weeks of Lent, with water at the Wedding Feast at Cana. Through this act, He can change ordinary, colorless, and tasteless water into savory, blessed, and sweet life. Mid Lent is observed on Wednesdays, always falling on the 25th day of the Great Lent. Despite being a weekday during the Great Lent, this day is set aside for the celebration of Holy Qurbana.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, help us to see this holy season of Lent as a time of spiritual renewal. Give us a new and expanded vision for our life. Help us to bring our spirits, souls, bodies and minds into subjection and focus them on You, to Whom all praise belongs.
