SimCardioTest is a collaborative project between 10 organizations from 6 European countries and United States funded by the European Commission (EU H2020). This interview of Hermenegild Arevalo explains the needs for standardisation procedues to develop trustworthy in-silico trials.

Hermenegild is a Senior Research Scientist and Department Head at the Computational Physiology department in Simula. He has more than 10 years of experience in computational cardiac electrophysiology. His work has focused on translating computational modelling from the realm of
pure mechanistic research towards applicability in the clinic.
