Today we'll learn how to make quick Mooli ke Patte ki sabzi (Radish leaves). This Sabzi is stir and fried in mustard oil and flavored with ginger, garlic and green chilies. Radish leaves contains more vitamins and minerals that's why they should not be discarded but used as vegetable
Muli Patta Sabzi is a nutritious and flavorful dish made with radish greens (muli patta) and radish. Here's a simple recipe to make it:

Ingredients:

1 bunch of muli patta (radish greens), washed and chopped
1-2 medium-sized muli (radish), peeled and grated or finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder) or lemon juice (for tanginess)

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the muli patta (radish greens) thoroughly to remove any dirt and chop them finely.

Peel and grate or finely chop the muli (radish).

2. Heat Oil:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat.

3. Temper Spices:

Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds.

4. Cook the Radish:

Add the grated muli (radish) and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add turmeric powder and red chili powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the radish softens slightly.

5. Add Radish Greens:

Now add the chopped muli patta (radish greens) to the pan. Stir well and cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. The greens will wilt down.

6. Season:

Add salt to taste and amchur powder (or lemon juice) for tanginess.

If you like, you can also add garam masala for an extra depth of flavor.

7. Garnish and Serve:

Once the greens and radish are cooked and tender, garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.

This simple muli patta sabzi is a healthy, quick, and tasty way to enjoy radish greens!
