Driving KREUZBERG to SCHÖNEBERG 🇩🇪 - Berlin

With several eateries surrounding Kottbusser Tor, Kreuzberg is home to students, artists, and a substantial Turkish population. The eccentric Bergmannkiez neighborhood is noted for its secondhand stores, laid-back cafés, and the manicured Viktoriapark. Markethalle Neun, located near Görlitzer Park, has street art, casual bars, and food vendors. The Landwehr Canal's shaded walkways attract walkers, bikers, and sunbathers.

Stores and cafes on Motzstrasse and nearby Viktoria-Luise-Platz cater to the area's mostly LGBT community. Kaufhaus des Westens, or KaDeWe, is a massive department store that attracts wealthy consumers and foodies to its gourmet floor. Potsdamer Strasse is lined with quirky galleries, Turkish restaurants, and grocers. Families walk across the large Schöneberger Südgelände park, which was built on the site of a former train yard.
