My plan for this 1993 Suzuki Quadrunner 250 4x4 is it to be a reliable and ready to ride ATV. To that end, the Mikuni 30mm Constant Velocity clone that came with it needs to be swapped out. I have had very good luck with the Keihin PZ27 clone. The PZ27 had a big brother known as the PZ30. In this video, an intake manifold adaptor to allow the PZ30 to be installed will be built from some brass plate and a 1 1/4" copper sweat end cap. The swap allows the Quadrunner to start easily, it idles well, and it runs up the RPMs between shifts as expected, The PZ30 seems to run almost as well as the Mikuni that it replaces!
