Developed specifically for hot-stamping and transfer-decoration of the Hai Zhi Lan 7th-generation shell. With 23 years of experience in packaging-automation equipment, it has engineered an exclusive registering mechanism that is simple to operate and labor-saving. Process Flow
1. Operator loads pre-printed shells into the elevator hopper.
2. Elevator feeds shells into a Z-type lift-sorter for orientation and singulation.
3. Oriented shells are conveyed into the main machine infeed belt.
4. A servo-driven pick-and-place unit grips each shell and mounts it onto the dedicated mandrel on the 16-station turret.
5. The turret indexes sequentially through:
– Mandrel loading
– Electrostatic dust removal
– Pre-register (stepper + photo sensor)
– Fine register (servo + photo sensor)
– Rotary transfer printing
– Rotary hot-stamping
– 90° servo rotation for unloading
– Outfeed belt discharge
Transfer foil and stamping foil are automatically fed and collected.
6. The above cycle repeats continuously, enabling non-stop, high-quality, high-speed production.
