Synopsis:
Ghar Basake Dekho is a 1963 drama starring Manoj Kumar, Rajshree, Shyama and others. Kamal's mother mortgages their house for his higher studies in the hope that he will pay it off once he gets a job. Kamal returns from the city with a wife. She's too modern for the village. When Kamal returns to the city he stops sending money home. His mother and sister are thrown out by his wife when they arrive at his city house. They bump into Kamal's boss who takes them to his house. Kamal looks for them.

चूँकि कमल अपनी माँ और छोटी बहन के साथ गरीबी में जीवन व्यतीत करता है, इसलिए उसकी माँ ने उसकी शिक्षा के लिए अपना घर गिरवी रख दिया। हालाँकि, एक बार जब वह नौकरी और पत्नी के साथ व्यवस्थित हो जाता है, तो वह अपने परिवार की देखभाल करना बंद कर देता है।
