Sir, nothing will happen by this type of activities/comments at social media as it will never go the PM or concerned persons. Sir it is simply some time pass activities Until n unless we all feel the need to participate directly in the field of agitation till then there is no hope to fulfil our demands.

EPFO / GOI was represented by Sri Venugopal, the AG.

3 . On hearing both sides, the Hon'ble Bench decided to consider Review of SLP filed by GOI on Kerala HC Order first, stating that the same will have ramifications in our cases.

4 The review petition may be taken up by the three Judge bench headed by Hon'ble CJI.

5. The cases were not listed for hearing on 11/02 & the fresh date is not listed by Registrar of Hon' ble SC as of now.

6. We discussed this issue with our AOR Pooja Dhar at length .

She confirmed the same and informed us that the Bench has taken this view as all the cases are linked.

If the Review petition is dismissed, our case will become easier, but if it doesn't, then our cases will go a little longer.

7 . On asking how long will it take, she said that it possibly will move faster and may not take more than a month or so. Also, she said that she'll do the follow ups.
