Rules Clarifications:
When the Mayor blocks a street, you cannot stop at any buildings on the closed street. They can still move through those buildings. I did not always follow this rule in my playthrough.

The Performers track was not scored correctly. I misread how the table calculates the points! See pinned comment for clarification.

I also forgot to look at the building scores which you’ll see in that same pinned comment. Thanks to Dustin for catching these!
