India successfully conducted a test launch of the Agni-4 ballistic missile, according to officials on Friday. The Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM), Agni-4, was launched from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Chandipur, Odisha. The test confirmed that all technical and operational parameters were met successfully. This launch was carried out under the supervision of the Strategic Forces Command, which operates under India's Nuclear Command Authority (NCA).
India's Praveen Kumar clinched the gold medal in the men's high jump T64 category at the 2024 Paris Paralympics, clearing a height of 2.08 meters. This victory marks his second consecutive Paralympic medal, following his silver win at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics where he achieved a personal best of 2.07 meters. Praveen’s achievement highlights his impressive streak of success in international competitions.
