Almond pulp is such an underrated ingredient. It is the leftovers after making almond milk. Almond pulp is almond meal that can be dried and pulverized into a grainy almond-like flour. It is not the same as almond flour, but it can be used as a topping or baked in so many dishes. This video shows how to dry out and toast almond pulp along with how to store it and use it as a valued ingredient in many foods.
