FAKE SUN RAYS IN PHOTOSHOP (+ a few other landscape photography finishing tips and techniques)

Nowadays the success of landscape photography comes down to both the photographic capture and also a killer edit on the back end. In the last video (   • HOW TO EDIT LANDSCAPES (Lightroom CC ...  ) I showed the techniques I used in Lightroom to achieve a good result but I had people ask to see how I finished editing the landscape in Adobe Photoshop. Well this video is dedicated to them.

It shows a couple of simple yet powerful techniques you can use to improve your landscape photography editing. The light rays are one of my favourite photoshop hacks to enhance a landscape that is in need of some added atmosphere.

In this quick tutorial I show you tools such as contrast master, glamour glow (sounds weird but works a treat) and the radial gradient filter to create light rays.
