Subramanian Swamy claims that Rahul Gandhi is a Britis citizen.He started a company called Backops in 2003 with the British citizenship. He was a director in this company in 2004 and he fought the Lok Sabha Election form Amethi this very year. Swamy claims that Rahul had not notified Election Commission about this. He did not even mentioned this in the memorandum.
