Soft, chewy, buttery and very delicious, cinnamon sugar coated cookies - Snickerdoodle Cookies. They are soft and chewy inside and a little bit crispy outside. You'll definitely love them!

Ingredients:
300g/ 2½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
225g/ 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature but still cool to the touch
200g/ 1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract

Snickerdoodle Topping:
50g/ ¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Bake in the oven 190C/375F for about 10-12 min. Cool on the baking tray for 5 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
