Symptoms: Mounting stem has gone bad and leaked into bearing, causing that to go bad, too.

Tools: screwdriver, 3/8” socket with ratchet, 1/4” nut driver, spanner wrench, rubber mallet, Torx 20 driver, 1/2” wrench, 1/2” socket, 5/16” nut driver, pliers, flathead screwdriver, wire brush.
Optional: hammer, chisel.
