Putting Goals and Deadlines in place certainly went a long way to help Mark as the first distributor in the company to build his distributorship in the beginning with an increased sense of urgency. Having a dream as Mark did and then putting a System together to accomplish that dream, not only helped Mark, but gave everyone who joined the company a sense of direction and purpose that by the Grace of God, majorly contributed to Artworlds' success.

"Setting Goals and then putting a clock on them to accomplish them within a certain timeframe, not only creates a deadline that gives you more urgency and focus, but helps you to move forward with a Plan of Action and System that will get you there and after all, it's your system that propels you forward, not you! Goals also give you the direction in which to go in whether they be personal, or professional, but always remember to put a clock on them, otherwise your dreams just stay dreams.
