This dance was performed to a song about the Vesali Era (AD 327 - 818) in Arakan (Arracan, Arrakan) kingdom. The song describes how the Rakhine country flourished in international trade, architecture, agriculture and riches. This song also describes how Buddhist religion was worshiped and celebrated by its people.
