fun facts:
• 12 months (meaning you can stay year round) & apartment style
• home to vcu aspire
• video was 4th floor side facing towards west grace street
• upperclassmen dorm
• sometimes allows freshman, especially if you choose Engage on your application (I did my freshman year so I’m not sure if it’s still a thing)
• move in is in August
• move out is in July, however there’s a same room sign up option.
