Wildlife Photography - Barn Owl Hunting | Canon R5

Wildlife photography is always full of surprises and I never tire of seeing a Barn Owl hunting over the fields.

Barn Owls seem to be doing quite well this year and hopefully they will continue to thrive throughout the spring. Nothing better than a morning out with the UK Wildlife.

Barn owls are beautiful and graceful creatures that are perfectly adapted for flight. They have large, broad wings that allow them to soar effortlessly through the air. Their feathers are also very soft and silent, which helps them to approach their prey undetected.

Barn owls are often seen flying low over fields and meadows, searching for other wildlife such as small mammals such as mice, rats, and voles. They have incredibly keen eyesight and hearing, which helps them to spot their prey even in low-light conditions.
